Miscellaneous All aspects of granting or taking Leases are covered and and advice is given on suitable terms to be included in leases, rent reviews, lease renewals and assignments. We also assist in obtaining permission / approvals required from Calcutta Municipal Corporation including having such decision judicially reviewed by courts.
